2. Service Description

Crypto ICE is a software application designed to scan public blockchain data for the purpose of identifying and potentially recovering digital assets from wallets considered to be lost or abandoned. The service provides tools for analysis but does not guarantee any financial return.

3. Access and Use

You must purchase an access key to use the Service. Your access is non-transferable and intended for your sole use. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute your access key. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your access key.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. The recovery of crypto assets is not guaranteed. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if our application does not find any wallets within the first 5 hours of continuous use. This is the sole condition for a refund. To request a refund, you must contact support with proof of purchase and evidence of continuous use.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
